Yesterday the internationals sommelier competition for young sommeliers, hosted by the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs was held, with contestants from all over the world. Competing for Sweden was Swesomms Elliot Björkman. After a long day with hard task he was named the winner of the Jeunes Sommeliers Competition 2022. A big congratulation to Elliot from the Swesomm Team!
